Dr. Ramsey is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is board-certified in Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry.   

Dr. Ramsey completed her medical degree at University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky in 2003 and completed her residency in psychiatry at University of South Florida in 2007.  She has served as Courtesy Faculty at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and has published in the journal Current Psychiatry.  

From 2011 to 2018, Dr. Ramsey provided outpatient psychiatric care at Gulf Coast Behavioral Health, a group private practice in Clearwater.

From 2010 to 2011, Dr. Ramsey provided outpatient psychiatric care to  an under-served population at Directions for Mental Health, a nonprofit agency in Clearwater.  

From 2007 to 2010, Dr. Ramsey provided outpatient psychiatric care to veterans at the Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic in Zephyrhills, Florida.
